Who can order?

Due to the chemical nature and particular handling of many of our products, E.A.H. does not sell to the general public. Prospective customers can contact us to see if they qualify to become a PBRA / EAH dealer. Each purchaser is given an individual dealer number when they become a PBRA / EAH customer. This number is used to identify that business as a professional dealer and is required for all purchases. Possession of an E.A.H. catalog does not constitute the right to purchase from us.

Sales Tax:

If your products are shipped to an address in Texas a 6 % sales tax will be applied. Otherwise sales tax is not charged. Shipping policy: Although E.A.H. generally ships orders within 24 hours of receipt or sooner, occasionally we do experience overloads. We ship in order of receipt. Therefore, placing an order before 12 noon Central time or at nigh is recommended for increasing the possibility of your order shipping the same day.

Limited Warranty:

E.A.H. warrants only that the products shall meet their specifications. This warranty is in lieu of all other written or unwritten, expressed or implied warranties, and E.A.H. expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer assumes all risks whatsoever as to the use of the material. The buyer’s exclusive remedy as to any breach of warranty, negligence or other claims shall be limited to the replacement of the material, or a refund for the material. Failure to strictly adhere to recommended procedure shall release E.A.H. with respect to the material or the use thereof. To the extent that E.A.H. gives a warranty, that warranty shall expire one year after the goods have been in the customers' receipt.

Payment Options:

On-line orders:

Must be paid for using a current and valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express card. 30 Days terms may be arranged for customers with good credit history with E.A.H. Contact us and we will fax a credit application.

Claims, Returns & Exchanges:
We take extreme care to fill orders properly. If an error has been made by E.A.H. it must be reported to E.A.H within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise or the claim will be denied. Damages by truck companies, UPS or FedEx must be reported to E.A.H. within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise in order to process the claim. Shipping damages by truck companies must be noted in writing on the bill of lading upon receipt of your goods. If the damage is not noted on the bill of lading upon delivery a claim with the freight company cannot be processed and credit will not be issued.

 In order to return or exchange an item, prior authorization must be received from a E.A.H. customer service representative. Upon approval of the return, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be assigned. No credit will be issued without proper authorization (an RGA number) from E.A.H. Customers are responsible for freight fees on returned or exchanged items. Credit on returns is based upon salvageable value at the time of the return.

E.A.H. will not be held responsible for any damages that occur to return goods in shipment.

A 20% restocking fee is assessed to returned items. No returns will be authorized by E.A.H. on goods that have been in the customer’s receipt for 7 days or more.
